Things I saw today driving through New Mexico but did not stop to photograph:

• Many, many mountains
• Including several ancient volcanoes
• A sole elk
• Tumbling tumbleweed
• A large array of radio telescopes
• Distant thunderstorms
• Hills half-lit by the setting sun
